325 WSM?.....
« on: January 21, 2018, 09:18:09 PM »
Anyone using one or had one?.. Is factory ammo getting hard to find?.. Is reloading supplies hard to find?.. I'm looking at a model 70 EW SS 325 wsm because I like the platform. My 338wm model 70 is long and heavy.

Wish it were a little more common as far as components , very underrated cartridge imo.

Factory .325 WSM Nosler 200gr Accubond's at 100 yards from  my Winchester Model 70.

First three shot group and I don't even like the Win Mod70. I would say the boat paddle
Shot under half.

I could always need a new boat paddle, I like Mod 70 paddles, I’ll trade a highly reliable, proven, Chinese SKS for it.

Have an xbolt 325 wsm, Nice Elk rifle.  Very handy and light rifle but kicks a ton !   More than my 338 win mag for sure.  Wouldn't recommend it in a light rifle without a brake.  With brake be a nice light 338 win mag substitute.

Like I said, I have a soft spot for Chinese crap. Tempting!

That is a lot of recoil according that chart.. I had Bench Mark put their miller brake on my 338wm and I will might do the same for the 325wsm.. Thanks for the info.
